Meet our Pastors

Pastor Don Fugate
Dr. Don Fugate has served as Senior Pastor since 9/23/07, and as associate pastor since 4/17/83. He graduated from California Baptist College in 1976, received his Masters Degree from Golden Gate Baptist Seminary in 1978 and received his Doctorate from the Institute of Worship Studies in 2004. Associate Pastor Chris Evans
Pastor Chris Evans was saved at Foxworthy Baptist Church in the 1970s. In the early 80s, he served here on staff, and in 2008, he returned to serve with his friend, Pastor Don Fugate. Pastor Chris graduated from California Baptist University and attended Golden Gate Baptist Seminary. He has a Masters from SJ State University.
Worship Pastor Dave Fugate
Pastor Dave Fugate was saved at Foxworthy Baptist Church in 1988; he was ordained to the ministry in 2009 and called to FBC as Worship Pastor on 10/21/2015. Growing up at FBC, Dave was involved in musicals, youth & adult choirs, and many FBC ministries. He attended both Cal Baptist and Golden Gate Seminary. He and his family reside in Gilroy, CA.
FOXWORTHY BAPTIST CHURCH
is affiliated with the Southern Baptist denomination. Baptists are a people who profess a living faith. Their faith is rooted in Jesus Christ who is "the same yesterday, and today, and forever." The sole authority for faith and practice is the Scriptures of the Old and New Testament.
